We’d like to invite you to consider our casual per diem opportunity to earn additional income as an Independent Contract Nurse (ICN) while utilizing your nursing skills to make a real impact on people’s lives! Become part of LTCG’s National Network of Nurses. LTCG is a Third Party Administrator that makes over 60,000 in-home visits each year. As a contracted Registered Nurse with LTCG, you set your own schedule by accepting the assessment referrals you choose.

As a member of LTCG’s CareLink Network, a national network of RNs, you will visit clients in their home environment and use your nursing skills to complete face-to-face assessments used in determining eligibility or benefits for evaluated clients. These assessments vary in length from 45 minutes to 2 hours and can consist of a health interview, brief cognitive screen, checking the height/weight/blood pressure of the client, discussing IADLs, and viewing ADL demonstrations.

No blood draws or specimen collections required.
