This is a flexible 1099 RN job opportunity where you’ll need a portable computer with Windows or a tablet with a camera.
In this role, you will:

• Complete in-depth cognitive and functional assessments with clients in their homes.
• Perform structured assessments, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• Remain objective while observing and reporting the current status of the individual.
• Coordinate scheduling with the client or their point of contact using provided information.
• Submit completed assessments within 24 hours through an online application. Our review team will follow up with clarifications as needed.

Requirements
