Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing provider of dental implant and fixed-prosthesis treatments, is seeking a skilled PRN CRNA Nurse to join our team in Harrison, NY. This position is PRN
Report at 6:30 – First surgery starting at 7am
1099- contractor 

Details:

  • Hourly rate: starts at $235 per hr (we are nationwide, the rates are negotiated based on location, market, etc.)
  • Most importantly, you get to be a part of delivering final-caliber implants, next-day (NO TEMPS!!)

Education/Experience/Licensure:

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
  • Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful 

Duties:

  • Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
  • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
  • Stay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
